Explanation	We manufacture not only round wires for rim wires production, but also its molds in-house. Since the molds are designed with the utmost attention to every detail, the mechanical properties of the finished rim wires are stable. The grooves have no dispersion when bending and are easy to be processed. The V-shaped groove in the rim wires used for full rimmed glasses has symmetrical angles, and due to the accuracy of the grooves used for semi-rimless frames, only 1 kind of Cushion thread is enough.
