1998

Established ARKHE Co., Ltd.
Opened Hong Kong office.
Started exporting eyeglasses components to China and Europe.

1999

Established trading company “Arkhe Trading Co., Ltd”.
Incorporated the Hong Kong office and established Arkhe Hong Kong Co., Ltd.

2000

Moved to a new office building in Imaichi-cho, Fukui City.

Changed company name from Arkhe Trading Co., Ltd. to Arkhe Fabric Co., Ltd.
Certified as a management innovation company. (Trading business and environmental products manufacturing)

2007

Imaichi warehouse expanded.

2009

Increased capital to 30 million yen.

2011

ARKHE FABRIC Established the first factory for titanium wire drawing and rolling process.

2012

Established RAYSTAR PTE LTD, a local subsidiary in Singapore.

2013

Acquired license for medical device manufacturing business and type 3 medical device manufacturing and sales business.

2016

Established the second factory due to business expansion.
Changed company name from Arkhe Fabric Co., Ltd. to Arkhe Metax Co., Ltd.

2017

Established ARKHE Holdings Co., Ltd.

2023

Determined ARKHE Group’s SDGs declaration on March 22.
